Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. IFT Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. Increase your power with exercises tools such as the tire, battle ropes and plyo boxes!!
Cardio Mix

An energizing cardio class mixed with weights(free or body)! Most exercises have 3 options -beginners, intermediate, advanced. Instructor demonstrates each option repeatedly. The intensity is based on the participant.
IFT Small Group Training*

Small group training - 6 weeks personalized training based on the goals and fitness levels of IFT members. 3-4 members per group.
*Must be an IFT Monthly Member for 3 months
Strength & Core

Come build your body's foundation for strength -hip flexors, lumbar spine(lower back) and core! This Group strength training utilizes body weight, free weights and other weight training tools to make your body stronger!
